Bad bad bad bad service

I am so stressed, cross and dissapointed with PEP Cell, i bought my phone cash, on the 21 of April 2023, after 3 weeks de Onn and Off butten was not working i took it back for fixing, it took 2 weeks for them to fix it, i went and collect my phone after 2 weeks n. Now my smart phone is blocked and i dont knpw why, i bought this phone cash, and it never brought happiness to me but missery, now it has bwen 4 days since my phone is blocked, i went back to PEP CEll Savanah, they couldnt help, went to Vodacom, dey keep on telling me to switch my phone off and on nothing is happening, it is day 4 zoday my phone is still blocked, and i use it for business, please PEP must either refund me of unblock my phone.
