bad attitute

I recently went to PEP Cell at Sammy Marks square in pretoria to purchase a cell c sim card. I explained to the lady at the till that i dont want the sim card rica as i was instructed by the network provice because am doing a sim swap. She told me about the store policy saying all simc ards must be riccard . I respected that and i asked whats required. She only mentioned the ID and i went and fetched the ID. When i came back to the till she now says she also want proof of residence and i told her that she didnt mentioned that and I had to walk 2 blocks to fetch the id. She gave me an an attituted as if her mom owns the store. Thats poor customer service.
