Bad attitude towards my injury
Hello Peter

I sustained an injury in Pep store and none of the superior paid consent and I made a call to their Head Office spoke to Mr. Schalk Du Plessis on the 20 of April 2015 and He told me there's no such bench in their store i must sent him a pic and which is still there now.
The content of the letter:
I sustained an injury on my right leg as I was about to exit one of your Pep store premise in Delareyville in North west just after my visit to your store. The injury resulted on a hazardous wooden step entrance, because it is not properly fitted and firmly attached and it is a total hazard to customers, it actually just runs lose when you step on it, which it is extremely dangerous. The person who was in store was Dawie, Thabiso and the rest of the staff was on duty, who actually saw everything but could not show any support and care in relation to the incident I sustained, only one lady who tried to help me with the first aid. And told me that they can not help me with nothing and they told me incident form is only for staff member not for customers and I must wait for the HR to respond and I waited at least 2 to 3 hours until I decide I personally had to see the doctor.
