Bad Attitude received

Bad Attitude received from PEP stores in Damdoryn, Haartebee****rt Dam by Tsholo and her supervisor,, we got to the tills to be assisted with PAXI and bought a packet of sweets, firstly she was chewing a gum, when we asked to be assisted she told us that she cannot make one transaction of the two items. on a very sour face and chewing gum and a very bad attitude.. she didn't apologize after I reprimanded her..

she then called her supervisor to assist with PAXI , when I told the supervisor of what transpired she was just not interested, she assisted my husband with PAXI and never gotten back to ask / or apologies on her cashiers behaviour, because we needed assistance we just had to be corporative with the attitude we received from both employees..

I am very disappointed with the lack of management s****s from the Supervisor or if she is a store manager.. the cashier's name who assisted had a Tsholo nametag on

I request for them to be reprimanded as they don't have customers service
