Bad attitude from Pep( Staff error)

My name is Carol. On Saturday the 27th of January; I visited the Pep Clothing store at Festival Mall in Kempton Park. I was then assisted by the lady called( Cindy). I clearly repeated myself that I want to purchase the Electricity for Ekurhuleni. She then said 'Rent'' I rep**** back with translation( Motlakasi/Electricity) not Rent. She then proceeded to do sale and gave me the receipt. When I got home only to realise that, the money wasn't paid for the service I requested but went to the Rent payment instead. I had to be inconvenienced and sat at home without Electricity. On Monday Morning around 11 I called Pep store requesting to speak to the Store Manager for the staff error occurred in store. She then advised that, the store Manager isn't available, however she may assist as she is currently in charge. Her name is(Sbongile). She called me back and advised that she called three people to find out about the process she has to follow. She advised that unfortunately the store may not do anything in this case because I need to visit the Ekurhuleni municipality centre for reversal. I knew that process already, however my main concern is that store couldn't offer the service I requested from them, this was STAFF ERROR by Cindy at the store. Their excuse was that she is new and didn't know what she was doing. What does that has to do with me as a client, because now I am being inconvenienced as a customer and I must drive all the way to municipality to Fix Pep error. Sbongile said she'll confirm with her Area Manager on the next step. She then called in again and said still there's nothing store will do and there's nothing which will happen to Cindy as I gave the staff my money, so this it’s not their fault. Very disappointed with Pep attitude and to have a nerve that nothing will happen!!!!.
