Bad attitude from cashier!

Today 19 October 2019 i was at Pep Kroonstad the one at Reitz steet, 21 FCNH building. There was load shedding and i needed to buy a sim card. There were two cashiers helping each other with tags because they are not using a scanner. So now the cashier helping me and my mother explained that they cant sell me the sim because there's no electricity to rica, they i ask the price for the sim and she confirms its 90 cents, then this other lady helping her rudely interrupts with an attitude and speaking afrikaans saying i buy the sim card for 90 cents and R10 airtime together, they wont sell me the sim without the airtime. I ask why and she says gain with attitude its like that.

Then another customer asks to go into the fitting room, then she starts shouting at that customer in front of everyone asking how is she going to see herself when there's no electricity. That cashiers name is Tania. Please deal with her because we love shopping at Pep but she will make us stop buying there. She must know her place and treat people with respect.
