Bad attitude from a manager at pep

I received a bad service from pep cell in Johannesburg small street (P4419) worse from a manager Xolani Khumalo,his attitude is bad as hell.I always buy pep paxi plastic from that shop and come back to drop the parcels after....on the 26 October 2020 I went to drop my parcels and a lady came to the shop buying a pep paxi plastic but they ddnt have the plastics and I had some with me I offered to sell the plastic to the lady since I had the plastic with me and I bought it in the same shop....I didn’t know i was about to get my day to be spoiled by this Xolani guy he told me how wrong was I to do that making noise in front of everyone in the shop so I left the shop after.today I went to send the parcel I find him by the counter he just said the system is offline with an attitude and he just finished helping someone sending a parcel.
