Bad attitude

I bought a roll on for Nivea for men black & white on the 12th/02/2024 around 16:50 at Pep Golden Walk Germiston ,the roll on was empty inside it shows that it was broken and placed in the shelf,but a funny part is that the toiletries are right in front of the till ,so why it was not removed from the shelf??the lady on the till was very rude to customers that's why she didn't even notice that the roll on is empty ,she was the only one on the tills , wearing glasses and chubby.I am very disappointed because the roll was dry it didn't even show that is spilled ,it means it was there for days.😡😡😡😡😡
