Bad attitude by a cashier

I was at one of the pep stores in taung located inside Taung mall when i was disappointed about the bad attitude of cashier called Tshepang towards another customer. As i walked in, I bumped into the customer talking to the cashier about which phone she should buy, Tshepang failed failed dismally to help customer pick a relevantl phone for . instead he left her hanging as she continued to ask me. She was torn between buying mobicel candy 5' and Samsung z4 both at 999 cash sale and enough to make sale profits. As an employee you are trained to give any informatiom that a customer may need about the product. Instead I I told the customer what is the difference between two phones, she agreed and bought that phone which Tshepang failed to sell to the customer. The cashier painted a very bad picture on a pep stores as if they don't train their employees before going into their duties. As result the customer left the store very unhappy and claimed that she will never come back again because she felt she wasn't given the proper attention and information as per required from Tshepang.
