Bad attitude and system offline everyday

On sunday 20 November i went to Pep kagiso mall. I stood outside because they open at 9. We stood there till after 9 while they were standing there doing nothing. After a while one of them comes out and says "we are not going to open now, you will decide whether you stand here or leave because we are starting up our tills" the manner of approach was terrible. I decided to leave. I went back again today monday 22 November and was given attitude again today. All i wanted was to urgently send my sister money. Today i was told that they are offline and i shouldn't bother waiting as it may not come back.
