Bad attitude and poor customer service

I always get bad service at this store and never have i once gone to the store and actually get help. instead they would come up with the lamest excuses ever not to help me<br> <br> The only convenient cash send point for me is the above mentioned PEP but i always end up having to use an atm when it comes to sending money. yesterday was another one of those days. I am at the till ready to make the cash send then i realized that i am no longer using that number. instead of helping me finding a way forward, the lady at the till tells me that she is sorry but she is not able to help me. that is fine but the least that they can do is help put me through customer service but no they just chased me out of the store telling me to sort my card out at my own time. They never have data and the manager is just too rude with her staff
