BAD ATTITUDE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Yesterday I went to PEP cell in Vosloorus Crossing Mall, to buy Air time and pay my TV license, firstly the lady was Sing out loud a song of Joyours 5.. I came in greeted her and she gave me this look like your disturbing me.told her that I want air time and to pay my TV license,she said she doesn't have air time, then because of her attitude I got confused and went out the shop.came back again within a minute. Told her that I need to pay something here is the reference number..still with that attitude she said what is it for.that's when I explained that is for TV license..then said its the incorrect number...went back to my sms's gave her the same Ref: and she said the system doesn't want to take it anymore..went out angry to Chris Hani Mall opposite to PEP cell shop there the lady was more nice and she took the same number used it to make the payments,,I've asked her if she managed to use the same number and she said yes...that's when I told her about that lady...I described her then she said its NTHABISENG.. To the manager please remove her from that shop because she has this BAD ATTITUDE and she doesn't want to work there... there are people out there who want that Job and be friendly to the Customers...
