Bad attitude and customer focus

<p>I went to pep to buy cellc SIM card after my phone got ****** and I wanted to do the sim swap so I went to pep store in Rustenburg and I was told that no SIM card should be sold without registration and I tried to explain that with cellc rica is not required if I want to make sim swap but the cashier just told me I cannot come to their shop and tell them what to do I even showed her on the sim where it is written that no rica required. I am stranded now my phone is lost I can't get my number back because all pep stores in Rustenburg refused to sell my a SIM card. I am really disappointed. Because the manufacture of the SIM card made it clear by writing on the sim pack that for sim swap no rica required.</p>
