Bad attitude and bad service

<p>Today I went to PEP Soshanguve crossing to credit a pair of shoes that I bought they said I mst wait since they don't have the money because the store just opened. </p> <p>As I was looking around the store a lady came to me and said they cannot exchange or credit the shoes since weĺl the shoes are dirty. I was surprised because I just fitted the shoes and they were not dirty. She compared the shoes to a pair that was in store and said that they should be in that condition and when I pointed out that the pair she had and was comparing to was even dirtier than the pair I was returning she said that she doesn't want to argue because we won't finish. I asked her I any one in their right mind will bring dirty shoes to the store and she just said she ain't refunding me that's it.</p> <p> </p> <p>When I asked for her name to lodge a complaint she said will pleasure I am Pearl Makhanya the store manager. I guess just because she is the store manager she thinks she has the right to be rude and disrespect the customers. </p>
