Bad attitude

Hi pep home am very much disappointed with the service I got from manager xoli at pep home clear water mall …I bought a curtain blinds at pep home cradlestone today when I got home it was damaged I decided to return for exchange at the nearest pep home which was Clearwater xoli refused to exchange and said I must go back to cradlestone for exchange she doesn’t want a stock loss for her store n that’s the exchange policy for pep home just that it has not been updated to google..the inconvenience.. I had to buy another one bcoz she don’t want to exchange… she refused a simple exchange.. now I have to drive again to cradlestone.. am very much disappointed as for it’s gona be a stock loss how bcoz I had a slip with me pep please if that is the exchange policy do better
