Bad attitude

<p>Bad service received from PEP home store in Heidelberg Mall, cashier Passie (as per the name tag she had on) really needs to be taught manners , then thereafter be taught customer service.</p> <p>I have never received such poor service in a retail store, she had bad attitude towards me purely because I was complaining.</p>
