Bad Attitude

Yesterday i went to Pep in Van der Waltd street in Pretoria to collect the clothes that i have laybye. when i arrive there it was 16:10. when i went to the teller, I greet her and told her that i'm collecting my laybye, the lady's name is Pontsho. she took my laybye slip and go at the back and when she comes back she said to me, can i wait they are still checking my parcel. i waited 30 minutes ,and when i ask her nicely that she forget about me, she did not answer me, she ignore me as if i'm not there. i ask her for the second time, she ignore me again, she call one of the staff member and they started gossip their own bussiness, later when she she is finish. she when to the back and bring back my parcel, she don't even bother herself to appology to me. can you do something about her attitude to the customers. because i won't go to that shop anymore, they don't care about the customers.
