bad attitude

I missed a call from pep cell this morning and I returned the call just to find out what was wrong as I took my alcatel one pixi for repair and the lady by the name of meriam answered and she asked if I was aware of some signature at the back of the form which I did not sign .I told her the lady who was helping me did not even tell me to sign there ,she just said I should have signed the back because that space is for the repairer to be sure that I will pay for the damage ,as far as I know the phone did not broke nor water damaged ,but not they want to blame me for not doing their job,i told meriam not to call me if they don't have any feed back to give to me and she just droped the call on me
