Bad attitude

Went to Pep Stores Protea Gardens yesterday the 1st June at about 2pm.And a gentleman by the name of Patrick ask the lady behind me if she is on lunch then she said yes even though she was sceptical about her answer(those employees are forever at the mall) so he advised her to go to the front of the queue and pay.then I asked him why is he doing that ,he said the lady is wearing uniform and I said it does not make sense because I'm also working even though im not wearing uniform im self employed and if the lady was on lunch she was suppose to be buying food the was no urgency in what she was buying.Patrick started changing his body language to intimidate me and he said if I'm not happy with how Pep operates i must go to another store.i would have done so if i did not want to use money market the queue was long and I also left my customers he did not even have empathy he just carried on as though he has won an award .
