bad attitude

Hi<br> I went to the pep store in west street to return shoes I bought on saterday 2015/10/24. The cashier Philile who helped me was very rude to me. She asked me where is the sling that held the 2 shoes together of which I told her that my daughter threw it away than she told me she wont exchange the shoes I will need to find some1 else who will buy the shoes because the store needs to sell the shoes to some1 else so they cannot sell them again if the sling is not there. I than told her that I wont be able to find anybody to sell too she than told me that's not her problem.<br> While we were arguing about the shoes I think Thobeka the manager heard us cause she came close and apologised for the inconvenience and told her to exchange the shoes cos I had my slip and I was only changing the size. The is very unprofessional the shoes were not worn but I had to stand there and explain myself because I didn't have a sling how ridiculous is that. Thank goodness Thobeka was there otherwise I would not have been assisted. Philile needs to get proper training on how to treat her customers she lacks pep stores values. Please attend to this urgently otherwise pep is going to lose a lot of custo
