Bad Attitude

Was at pep home in jabulani mall Soweto on the 31th of Oct. The store was packed, long queues etc. I approached one of the cashier and asked where are the other cashiers and why are other tills not attended? She pointed the other cashier and said that's her till not mine, I then said this is unacceptable seeing she was moving up and down chatting with other cashiers while she till was not attended. She re**** with an attitude and said I must stop complaining, ect. Please teach your stuff good manners and customer service. The fact that the store is in Soweto does not mean your stuff must disrespect us. We excepting the same good service as the ones we getting from west gate mall. Store manager must adress this as i spoke to her too.
