Bad Attitude

I went to the PEP Cell store in Parow Center today. I was greeted and assisted by a very friendly lady, Mercia November. I ask to purchase 3 cell phones. Another lady went to the back and come out with the 3 phones. She did not greet. She asked me for my ID and then started typing on the system. Then she asked me for my address. I spelled the street name to her in Afrikaans. When I looked on the screen I saw that she spelled it incorrectly. I said to her that it is a spelling error and spelled it again. She started to argue with me regarding a \e"and an \""i\"". After that she started to through the scanner and was really abrupt. After she completed the typing she opened the boxes and put the sim cards in. I asked her if she needs to do that"
