Bad attitude

I went to exchange a pair of show for a1 year old baby at Pep second street Springs.The ladies there were very mean,they told me the shoes where dirty underneath and I should wipe them before they can take them back,and they indeed gave me a cloth and I wiped them and I went inside to check other shoes that are clean as they claimed only to find that most of their shoes are in the similar condition.It may happen that I also bought the shoes like but did not check as I liked them.But what they did was very undermining and ride,I think and feel they should be taught how to treat customers I don't think I will ever go there again.I furious and ****ed.
