Bad attitude

We went to PEP stores golden walk to do a money transfer and also buy chocolate and a pack of balloons, when we got to the cashier (Khanyisa) was very rude on the onset, told us if we did not have R10 for the transfer she would not help us , we told her that we also wanted to buy the other two items. She said the change she had was only for PEP clients and that for money transfer we needed the exact R10. So we paid for the items then asked her to do the transfer, she said in future she would not help us nor would other cashiers unless we had the exact R10 for transferring . I am still in shock with this sort of behaviour.
