Bad attitude

I went to PEP home store today in Festival Mall to buy a few things when I was paying at the till I saw a PEP save card so I asked the teller what is it about and how does one apply for it she did not know and she asked someone at the back office and that person did not take time to come and explain to me she just said it is a saving card and I asked how does one go about applying for it she said that I must buy the card. I had to ask one question and a time as to what was the procedure and requirement to apply and the cashier had to go and ask at the back and whereas I could hear that the person at the back was annoyed and being rude answering to my questions not even the decency to come to the front to explain to me how does the card work and the requirements when applying. I find it disturbing that the cashier had to go to the back every time I asked a question.
