Bad Attitude

Today I walk in at a Pep store in Eloff store 4322 wanting to buy airtime with my gift card I am told by the (lady store manager) with no name tag with a bad attitude that we don't use gift card and she leave me standing with no assistance and goes to the back office and Lebo (cashier) had to assist. Please advise if the gift card is not allowed on that particular store ? and why there is no sign at the door that says we don't take gift card? I have been using this same card for 7 years any where including PEP stores and I have never experienced that kind of attitude .I walk in the Pep store next door buy the airtime using the same gift card I was assisted .
