Bad and rude customer service

Bought a night frill at Pep Kraaifontein at Bloch inside shoprite but when I got home it was a small make didn't fit

When I returned it I was dismissed rudely by assistant manager, though the till slip did say that goods are not to be returned after opened!

Now I'm sitting with a useless night frill while the manager said I am gonna cause her unnecessary work when the neck customer come because she can't fold it.
