Bad and horrible service at Jabulani Mall

Hi,

I am sending this email shaking and furious. I am 9 months pregnant and I'm scheduled for cesarean section this Wednesday 6th July.

It's month end and there was a long queue and I went in front as I can't queue as I'm heavily pregnant. This cashier (tag name Sikhosana) had the odesity to tell me she will not sell me as she feel I didn't answer her in the way she wants me to do so. She asked did I stand on the line and I said I'm heavily pregnant I can't go to the long line and stand there I have an operation scheduled I just needed sport bras only. She told me to go stand in the long line as she won't help me LOUD enough to be heard while her colleague and Manager were standing there.

The Store Manager witnessed this and didn't say anything to the situation and walked out. I asked her more than 4 times to assist me she said NO. Until her other colleague Zuko assisted me and she apologized on her behalf and the lady didn't even said anything. I was shaking and sweating but she didn't give a damn

I came to buy with my money and heavily PREGNANT for God's sake and this is the service you render to pregnant people.
