Babies not allowed at PEP VANGATE

<p>I am extremely dissapointed once again, this is da 3rd time i have a problem with da same lady...everytime i enter pep vangate mall with my baby whether he is in a pram or trolley in his car seat im not welcome the last incident i came in with my baby in the trolley i was once again told to leave the store because there are no trollies allowed after the regional manager called me and told me as long as my baby is in the trolley they should make an exeption. I left ackermans to go and purchase vests 4 my baby as i prefer the vests at pep and i was once again told 2 leave by sales assistant veronica she has an attitude when i complained and told her i will lay another complaint she told me that I am welcome to do so...i go to n1city pep no problem with a trolley and my baby in it...but why am i not allowed in at vangate malls pep? There was nothing in da trolley just my baby </p> <p>I asked veronica what must i do wit my baby if there are no trolleys allowed should i leave him outside while i shop for something he desperately needs? This is bull**** someting must be done about this you dont treat customers like that if she could chase me out of the store how many people didnt she chase away already? I am fed up!! Why should i go to n1city to get proper service when i got a pep stores on my doorstep?....its unacceptable!!!! I simply just dont get it, if i could go into pep home and pep cell with a trolley why not the clothing store? None of the staff at vangate mall pep are helpful or even friendly. its really bad that I have to once again complain about Veronica's attitude when i went to ask her for her name she said to me with an attitude that why do I ask for her name if i complained about her before? I was like really now? Is it too much to ask to get the proper service from her?</p> <p><br /> </p>
