Awesome Service from Bronwyn

I want to place on record my thanks and appreciation to your staff member by the name of Bronwyn at the Cornunbia Branch.She is always so friendly and helpful.I needed to send a parcel to Johannesburg and she was so helpful and educated me on the process. I went there yesterday at about 4.35pm and she did not show any signs of agitation even though in was almost closing time. I started using the PAXI service from last year.Even though I do live closer to the branch at your Phoenix Plaza I rather drive to the Cornubia branch due to Bronwyn's efficiency.What takes Bronwyn 5 minutes to complete took your staff member at the plaza branch about 40 minutes. Please do convey my heartfelt thanks to Bronwyn.I am sure she is an asset to your Company.She could be a nice source of info in training your other staff. Well done Bronwyn.May God bless you always.
