Avoid depositing at Pep

Yesterday my mother in-law went into pep stores Eldorado Park - Johannesburg to deposit money to us, it was only herself and the casher, however the pin was changed and the money was withdrawn in Pinetown KZN. Management refuses to look at the footage, nor investigate the casher.......according to their ***** department this is not the first case.
