Attitude is ver bad

Bought a body warmer for my one year old, had to return it and get another size, the cashier was very rude when i asked her why do i have to follow the queus as u was just swiping she just left me standing there alone and said just go and follow the line. I have never come across such service in my life the cashiers just stand there talk among them selfs, lough out loud we just standing in long queues. The service is bad or is it we Diepsloot resistance not sure. Cashier (Lizzy) i wouldn't likr feed back from the menager.
