Attitude and no trolley allowed without any signs by entrance

Im confused. If you are not allowed to take a trolley in and you are not allowed,isn't there supposed to be a sign stating no ttolleys allowed? We went to PEP St Johns in Pinetown and as we are from JHB we've seen PEP stores ailes is small but for a PEP store ailes that is bit bigger than the ones in JHB, the employees will tell me we are allowed to bring in a trolley in and that from a from a different retailer but they are using that same retailer's trolley to pack out their stock and then why playing music so loud in store that the customers meed to shout at eachother? They seriously need to work on their attitude towards customers as they are not friendly.
