Attitude ,and bad service

What a rude lady we came across at trade route mall ,we came to exchange and we just wanted to ask how do we go about when we want to exchange the lady was chatting with her friend she said she's busy with a customer can't we see yet she is chatting with her friend about KZN and what not.bad service and attitude yoh
