ATTITUDE!!!

The attitude of the cashiers at the Pep branch in Eldorado Park is appalling. I'm not sure if the people living in the area is *********** or illiterate to them. Being declined to purchase a sim card because an electronically submitted proof of residence from FNB is NOT accepted. (This even being confirmed by the branch manager i would assume, because Zodwa had to go to some office to confirm that the proof of residence cannot be used) Which year is this branch stuck in? Almost everyone has changed from receiving actual post to electronic statements or updates. After commenting on the attitude from a specific cashier, Zodwa, was i then spoken to politely. I then went to the PEP in Southgate mall, where i was assisted without any issues. The staff really needs to buck up on their service.
