Assulted in a Pep store

I'm told parcel counter leave at own risk so I proceeded to enter the store with my vegetables in a hurry under the assumption that since they don't sell the vegetables in store it shouldn't be a problem. I was hunted aggressively by an angry security guard David who proceeded to push me and rip my plastic to pieces saying I cannot enter with a parcel. The floor manger at the time Jenny did absolutely nothing about the very traumatic experience of a customer being assaulted by a security guard. I was told he was doing his job and didn't really pay attention to my complaint. I'm very upset I have never be so humiliated and mistreated by staff I feel I need an explanation is this the image that pep wants to portray?
