Arrogant and Lazy employees

I have couriered a package for my daughter whom attends varsity in PE through PEP stores. I have been tracking the package and it arrived at PEP stores in Korsten shop P6343. I informed my daughter that the package has arrived there and on her wanting to collect, she ruther received a lot of excuses for not wanting to retrieve the package.

A woman by the name of Jenny, who is the so called manager at the store told her that she refuses to move other boxes and packages just to look for her package.

This service is not for free. My daughter had her D tracking number with her ID and was held at the store for over an hour.

PEP has the most disgusting, arrogant and the most laziest employees working for them. I will never courier or purchase a single product from you guys again.

I will go to the extreme to expose your employee who is named here in every local news paper and on social media.
