Appalling Treatment By a Staff Member

Pep Clothing store at Gillwell Mall, their shop assistant gave me an appalling treatment by treating me like a ***** (I guess South Africa has a lot those and I probably acted like one,) and she proceeded to be rude and manhandled me when she searched my handbag and when she did a body search. It was humiliating as this was all done in front of other customers, her colleagues and Mall shoppers. What a degrading experience.
