Appalling service received at Pep Cell Southdale Mall

Hi , I am very disappointed at the service I recieved from Pep Cell store at Southdale Mall located in the South of Johannesburg. The sales consultant by the name of Caroline was rude, inconsiderate and not willing to assist me as a customer instead gave bad attitude. She is not representing the company well. She refused to assist me with inserting a sim card in a device I had just bought at the store instead , I was assisted by the manger who was busy assisting another client. The manager did not hesitate to assist welldone to her. I would like for Pep to review and sit down with Caroline /Carole on customer service management, being courteous and knowing how to address certain issues. By the way her attitude stinks and is not a good image for Pep store outlets.
