your staff at pep cell braamfontein Mbali/Boitshelo provided me the most appalling service today when I went to do pep paxi firstly they did not want to even explain how the product work as it was my first time and what I needed to do , I had to pack the boxes myself. then while we were busy with the transaction Mbali decided to pass me over to her colleague Boitshelo who was not interested in what she was doing and she looked tired please give her leave to rest so that she can better handle customers, she was also not bothered that I did not understand her language and she kept on until I told her to speak English which is a neutral language for us.
