Appalling service

I went to pep at protea glen mall. I purchased 2 items and I also wanted to pay my dstv the lady( cashier Mathapelo) told me that they do not have network however referred me to pick and pay liquor as they are able to take payments as well. When I got to pick and pay I realised that my purse it's not in my bag I quickly rushed back to pep to inform the lady as that was the last place I used my purse when I was paying the cashier called the other lady who extremely disgustingly rude " she said how would she help me it's not her problem"angingeni dawo" to be precise Mathapelo should tell me that they don't have cameras... I just left the store wondering how can the whole PeP store not have cameras? YOUR STUFF NEEDS TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! U CANT JUST HIRE *********** STUFF FOR SAKE OF SAVING, THEY DEALING WITH HUMAN BEINGS FOR **** SAKES. NO CAMERAS *********** STUFF ????????????????????????????
