appalling service

i had a appalling service i lost a phone my partner and i through being ****** went to pep cell in randburg square to buy two phones and needed them asap as we work for the bank and to work we need the FNB banking app to approve to login now these phones came with cell c sim card but she said she rica the sim cards the lady who assisted but surprisingly till date there were not i have called cell c and they confirmed i mean these phones were bought on the 23rd of May 2022 i mean we needed phones ASAP for work and to get this appalling service it is uncalled for.
