APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day.

I had the worst possible customer service from PEP in Lambton. I stood in a long queue for 10 minutes waiting to pay for my item, as there was only one cashier working.

I tried to ask the cashier Winnie if there was any one else to help, the lady completely ignored me. I kept calling her but she deliberately ignored me flat. When I got to the till I asked why she ignored me, she said very rudely that she was the only one working on the till, then all of a sudden another cashier started helping the other customers, I was appalled that she **** to me.

I asked to speak to the manager, when he came, all he said he apologized. yet did not reprimand the cashier at all.

I am a regular customer at PEP, not because the prices are so good but that I like the clothing. I will not be going to that PEP again.

This needs to be sorted out as its not the first time at PEP Lambton that I have received appalling customer service.
