appalling customer care from PEP

Load shedding struck while I was at an ABSA ATM, Withdrawing funds sent via PEP Money Market as a result the transaction failed. I called pep customer care for assistance but I was told they only communicate with the sender. To cut the long story short we have been sent from pillar to post. The customer service from the call center is very poor. Especially from Tylor who pretended to be helping.
