APPALLED AT SERVICES OF PEP STORE!

<p>I went to PEP store in Mahikeng at the Mafikeng Mall to try an settle my Capfin account. I could not be assited by the teller and requested the manager to help with query. Andrew- the managers name- was so demeaning and sarcastic he almsot brought me to tears at a time I was so frustrated. THIS IS THE REASON WHY OUR SMALL CITIES WILL NEVER GROW IN CAPACITY! PEP! PLEASE TRAIN ALL YOUR MANAGERS-REGARDLESS OF LOCATION- TO BE SENSITIVE TO PEOPLES ISSUES AND TREAT EVERYONE WITH RESPECT! AS FOR ANDREW...NO WORDS!</p>
