just want to say kudos to Anthea in Brackenfell Pep by pick and pay hyper .I was in a panic mode because somehow i sent my parcel and didn't receive the reference number.Pep Paxi struggled to assist me had to call the branch for assistance. Anthea was so professional and patient with me .Within a few minutes my problem was sorted .Thank you Anthea
