Annoyed customer

I bought a charger the 13th of January 2025 I never kept my slip nor the packaging how was I to know that useless charger will break so soon? So today I go to Pep mall @ reds with so much confidence to be assisted as I had swiped their store loyalty card and I was literally told there's absolutely Nothing they can do and I must download their app and maybe I might get the slip and the 2 ladies just left me like that to go figure....they didn't pretend to care nor try to assist so appalling what happened to customer service....to you it could be just another R50 or whatever amount that useless charger is but to me it is my hard earned money start selling chargers that actually work and stop *****ing our 50 bucks both the service and product doesn't deserve any rating!!
