Angry customer

I was at pep store in westgate mall mitchells plain where I paid my dstv and also wanted to buy telkom data. I asked the lady by the name of Kristen Van Harte about the data and she gave me prices and the amount of data she said that the one gig is R100 and the 10 gigs is r149 I obviously settled for the 10gigs because it's worth it. She showed me the data which stated 10gig day and 10gigs night but it showed lite I punched it in and it gave me an error message. I spoke to the supervisor and she said they can't refund me unless I wait unless I wait until the 21days lock down is over and then they will try to sell it to someone else and she also said that they don't get training on airtime facilities. I was in the store for nearly an hour and they kept me waiting while the children were in an out in their office. What must I do with this airtime as now its a lost to me as I can't make use of it
