Angry customer

I brought headset Rockit wireless for R150 from pepcell the bridge mall in Johannesburg when I got home the es aren't working but unfortunately I got ****** and lost my wallet with my proof of purchase inside the wallet I used my card to pay so I went there with my bank statement as a proof but they didn't help me so I lost my R150 just like that
