Angry customer

Very angry at the service I got from Pep key west, I wanted a magazine side table which showed they had stock at pep key west, before going there blindly I phoned the store and asked if they had, I gave them the SKU number just to make sure they are sure they have it, I was told yes we do have 2 in store I then said please put one aside for me my name is Ntsiki I’m coming to buy it now reply was okay “babe” and we both laughed on the phone. I get there and I’m told they don’t have such a table in store. The manager whom I was told is the one who confirmed was so unbothered and unprofessional. I then asked if I’m going to be given a solution as to where I can get the side table after minutes of being there at the store like an idiot. I was then told Pep President hyper has it which meant I had to uber there which made me spent extra money, money I do not have. I’m very angry.
